For the production of efficient analog cheeses with a very good price-quality ratio, we have created the range MELT’ALPA Standard.
Based on classic formulation which include native cheese, our 2 new premixes allow to reproduce the organoleptic characteristics of a natural cheese while being economical.
These functional ingredients are ideal for being grated or sliced, especially for burgers.
